How local matching works

We use your ZIP code to route your request to an independent installer who has told us they serve that area. We don't run crews or send our own employees to your home. The installer who contacts you is a separate business, and any quote, contract, and warranty is between you and them.

Before you hire

• Get at least two written quotes that list the prep method, products, coats, and warranty.
• Ask for proof of general liability insurance.
• If the job includes work beyond coating, ask whether the company holds a Michigan residential builder or maintenance & alteration license. You can look up licenses through the State of Michigan's LARA license search.
• Ask to see floors the company installed itself, ideally a few years old.
